In section 3, we focus on Eating Right & Nutritional Balance, a key pillar in realizing permanent fat-loss. Many believe that nutrition or eating-right is the only key element. Eating –right only holds a value of 25% for permanent fat-loss.
Section 4 centers on Fitness and Exercise and countless view this as the number one factor for permanent fat-loss. The truth is only to be disappointed as number one. Therefore, Fitness and Exercise only hold a value of 25% for permanent fat-loss.
The last section leads us to Personal Power – the Behavioral Essence of Permanent Fat-loss. This last section of the book, The Baby-Step Fat Cure program, spotlights Personal Power and NLP – Neuro Linguistic Programming.
It holds a value of 50% because it relates to the new Science of NCBC – Neuro Cognitive Behavioral Conditioning. We relate Neuro Associative Cognitive Behavior to Behavioral Psychology, which focuses on changing your Actions, Attitudes, Behaviors, and Thinking to create positive change.
